Renewable
Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world. Our friend, Mau Zhu, lives up to the hype. It can grow up to 47 inches in just 24 hours, and in less than 2 months, up to 78½ feet.
Biodegradable
While Mau Zhu is eager to leave the ground, it’s always welcome back. We admire how fast it grows up and (more importantly) how fast it breaks down.
Panda-Approved
The Giant Panda enjoys a wide variety of bamboo. Out of the 25 species it deemed tasty, Mau Zhu wasn’t on the menu. Since they saved some for the rest of us, we payed homage with our namesake.
